All payments must be made as per agreed terms. Booking amounts and advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated in writing by HMCL AUTOWHEELS management.
HMCL AUTOWHEELS assists with vehicle registration, insurance, and ownership transfer as applicable. Delays caused by government authorities or third-party agencies are beyond our control.
Loan and insurance services are subject to approval by respective banks or insurance providers. HMCL AUTOWHEELS is not responsible for rejection, delays, or policy terms imposed by third parties.
Bike exchange or buyback offers are subject to vehicle inspection and final valuation. HMCL AUTOWHEELS reserves the right to revise or withdraw offers based on condition or documentation.
HMCL AUTOWHEELS shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays, accidents, or damages arising after vehicle delivery, except where required by applicable law.
